Every country and region on your itinerary, including stopovers. Some countries require proof of vaccination for entry, such as a yellow fever certificate or meningitis ACWY for Hajj and Umrah.
City breaks, safaris, trekking, backpacking, visiting family or working abroad all carry different risks. Time outdoors, in rural areas or around animals can change what we recommend.
How long you're away and how soon you leave. Some vaccines need more than one dose, so booking 6 to 8 weeks ahead gives you the most options.
Your medical history, current medicines, any pregnancy and the vaccines you've already had. We only recommend what you actually need.

Official country-by-country guidance for UK travellers is published by the National Travel Health Network and Centre (NaTHNaC) on its TravelHealthPro website.
At your free consultation, we go through the recommendations for every country on your itinerary and tailor them to your plans and your health.
Is the destination advice free?
Yes. The travel health consultation is free.
You only pay for the vaccines or tablets you choose to have.
When should I book?
We recommend booking at least 6 to 8 weeks before you travel, so there is time to complete the course. If your trip is sooner, WhatsApp us and we'll advise on your options.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Bring your travel itinerary, any record of previous vaccinations, and a list of the medicines you currently take.
If you've had yellow fever vaccination before, bring your certificate too.
