How do I send my private prescription?
Message us on WhatsApp with a copy or email us at hello@knightsbridge-pharmacy.com. Include your contact details so we can arrange the next steps directly with you. Original paper prescriptions need to be posted afterwards. Courier collection of an original is available, subject to a surcharge.
Which private prescriptions do you accept?
We accept electronic and original private prescriptions. Overseas prescriptions can sometimes be accepted, so send us a copy and our pharmacists will confirm. Supply remains subject to pharmacist review and any original document requirements.
What does delivery cost?
UK delivery is free. Same-day delivery in London is free nearby, with a small charge further out that we confirm before you agree. Next-day postal delivery may be delayed by Sundays or bank holidays. Message us on WhatsApp to discuss collection or delivery.
How do I pay for my prescription?
We send a secure payment link by email, text or WhatsApp, according to your preference. Courier collection of an original prescription carries a surcharge.
When will my prescription be ready?
Once we receive your prescription, our pharmacy team contacts you to arrange collection or delivery. Our pharmacists review it before supply.
