Invasive infection is rare but serious. It can cause meningitis, an infection of the brain’s lining, or septicaemia, also known as blood poisoning.
Vaccination offers protection against invasive disease caused by group B meningococcal bacteria and is available from two months of age. Our qualified pharmacists will review your vaccination history and discuss your individual needs during a consultation in our private clinic.
