Do you diagnose ADHD or issue prescriptions?
No. We dispense private prescriptions issued by your own specialist. We do not diagnose ADHD or issue ADHD prescriptions. Message us on WhatsApp to discuss dispensing your specialist’s prescription. Our pharmacists must review it before any supply can proceed.
How do I send my specialist’s prescription?
Message us on WhatsApp with a copy or email us at hello@knightsbridge-pharmacy.com. We accept electronic and original private prescriptions, subject to pharmacist review. Our pharmacy team will contact you to arrange the next steps.
Can I choose delivery or collection?
Yes. Delivery is available, and you will be asked for ID when it arrives. You can also collect in store. Message us on WhatsApp to discuss your arrangements.
How do I pay for my prescription?
We send a secure payment link by email, text or WhatsApp, according to your preference. Our pharmacists must review your specialist’s prescription before supply. UK delivery is free, and same-day London delivery is free nearby.
