Who we are

We are a pharmacy registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council, registration number 1108267. Our services and this website
We provide private vaccinations, blood testing, weight loss consultations, and private prescription dispensing and delivery. This website gives information about our services and links to online booking. There is no online shop.
The pharmacy is open every day until 9pm. Blood tests are available Monday to Saturday until 6pm. Flu vaccination is offered from September to March.
Booking appointments
Appointments are booked online through Semble, or by contacting us. No payment is taken when you book. Please give accurate information and tell our pharmacists anything relevant to your health and care. A booking does not guarantee that a vaccination, test, consultation outcome or supply will be suitable for you.
Cancellations and late arrival
We do not charge for late cancellations or missed appointments. You can cancel online through your booking link up to two hours before your appointment. Within the final two hours, message us on WhatsApp or email us to cancel or rearrange. If you are running late, please let us know. If we need to cancel or move your appointment, we will contact you to rearrange.
Prices and payment
Service prices are shown on the relevant pages. Payment for appointment services is made at your appointment. We confirm the charges before you agree to a paid service or supply. For private prescriptions, we send a secure payment link by email, text or WhatsApp, as you prefer. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Clinical suitability and consent
Every service is subject to our pharmacists' clinical judgement. We may decline a vaccination, test, consultation or supply where it is not suitable or cannot be provided safely or lawfully. We ask for your consent before providing any clinical service.
Vaccinations
Our pharmacists assess suitability using the information you give at your consultation, and tailor travel advice to your destination, itinerary, activities and health. Please follow the schedule we agree with you and tell us if your plans or health change. Vaccine availability can change; if a vaccine is temporarily unavailable we will tell you and discuss your options.
Blood tests
Samples are analysed by a UKAS-accredited partner laboratory. Our pharmacists review your results and send them to you by secure email. If a result is outside the normal range, the email includes how to contact us with questions. Turnaround times depend on the test and start when the laboratory receives your sample, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Please follow the preparation instructions for your test, including fasting where required, and tell us if you take biotin. A blood test is not a diagnosis, and we recommend sharing your results with your GP.
Private prescriptions
We dispense private prescriptions subject to pharmacist review and legal requirements. Sending us a copy by WhatsApp or email does not by itself mean the prescription has been accepted. We may need the original prescription or further information from you or the prescriber. Our ADHD supply service uses a private prescription from your own specialist; we do not diagnose ADHD or issue ADHD prescriptions. ID is required when controlled drugs are collected or delivered. A representative you nominate can collect for you, and we will check their ID.
Collection and delivery
You can collect from our pharmacy. Prescription delivery is free across the UK. Same-day delivery is available in London; it is free close to the pharmacy, and further out there is a delivery charge that we confirm before you agree. The cut-off is 6pm for same-day orders and 3pm for next-day Royal Mail delivery; next-day delivery is not guaranteed by Royal Mail. International delivery can be arranged where the destination country's rules allow it, and we will tell you what documents are needed. Our team will confirm the delivery options for your address before you agree to supply.
Problems with a supply
If there is a problem with your medicines or delivery, message us on WhatsApp or email us as soon as possible. For safety reasons, medicines that have left the pharmacy usually cannot be returned to stock, but this does not affect your statutory rights.
Using this website
Information on this website is general and does not replace an individual consultation with our pharmacists. Please use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its security. Our Privacy Notice explains how we use personal information and cookies.
Complaints and concerns
Please raise any concern with our pharmacy team by WhatsApp, email or in writing, and we will respond as quickly as we can. Concerns about pharmacy standards or a pharmacy professional can also be raised with the General Pharmaceutical Council at pharmacyregulation.org.
Our responsibility to you
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts. We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force when you book or order applies to that booking or order.
