Royal Mail 48 Tracked: This 2-5 day service allows you to order as get free delivery when order over £50. Customer will receive text and email notification from Royal Mail. This is our standard service which cost £3.50 on orders below £50.
Royal Mail NEXT DAY: This 1-2 working days service allows you to order as many products as you require for one simple price.This is our express service that applies to all UK Mainland orders. All orders placed before 2 p.m. are dispatched by DPD(UK) Next Day service from our pharmacy store on the same day.
Royal Mail International Standard: Mainland European customer can expect their items to be deliver between 3 and 7 days depending on their location.
Occasionally certain items will go temporarily out of stock or may be discontinued at short notice by our suppliers. In the event that we cannot send all your items in one shipment we will part ship your order so that you receive the majority of your selected items as quickly as possible. The remainder of your order will be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of the good from our suppliers.
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail and DPD (UK). We cannot be held responsible for items delayed in the postal system, or any industrial action taken by our nominated couriers as this is beyond our control.
Delivery is arranged through Royal Mail and DPD(UK) Mail's recorded delivery service. These services provide a tracking number through which you can track the delivery of your order.
UK destinations do include: BFPO, Northern Ireland and Scilly Islands but these areas are subject to different rates and timescale's compared to those deemed UK Mainland. UK Mainland is defined as areas not included in our UK Exceptions.
Deliveries to for UK Exceptions (Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands and Scilly Isles) can take up to 10 days.
Orders are processed between Monday and Friday 09:00 - 17.00 GMT, excluding Bank and Public Holidays.Orders placed during a weekend or Bank Holiday after 17:00 GMT will be processed on the next working day.
